Skills required: Networking 

Note:

1. Must Have sound knowledge of Network terminology and relevant concepts.


2. Experience of 3-4 years with Nortel Data Network and good understanding of SMLT/MLT architecture.


3. Nortel Certified Support Specialist certification. i.e. NCSS ERS- 8600. Monitoring & Managing Avaya Data Switches.


4. Handling Nortel Wireless Infrastructure includes Nortel Wireless Security Switch to manage wireless Access Points.


5. Understanding of Nortel/Avaya technology & propriety protocols like VRRP RSMLTSMLT and MLT . Understanding and hands on Avaya Ethernet Routing switches.


6. Managing Cisco Core Distribution and Access Switches. Basic knowledge and understanding of protocols OSI model and Networking.


7. Communication has to be excellent both verbal and written.
